
This morning while the sun was rising I decided to do some yoga
though I don't have joints, so it was somewhat difficult Stretching
I started off easy, i crossed my legs and lifted my arms over my head.
Make sure you control your breathing when you're practicing your yoga!
Downward dog

Cobra!

Warrior pose

And lastly, the triangle!
once the weather gets better I'll be able to do my yoga outside once again!
