Decorative display board

Today Penelope and I are gonna make a quick and simple craft that will look good in any room! 

You will need cork board (or a poster board) 

Ribbon, and hot glue. 

Felt/fabric is optional. Just wrap it around the board and glue it at the back. We've decided not to; but to each their own! 

Take some of the ribbon and stretch it across the board, diagonally from one corner to another

Then glue it to the edge of the board. Make sure you only glue the ends, not the whole ribbon.  Leaving some excess at the end. 

Glue the rest of the ribbon to the back. 

Continue gluing the ribbon diagonally. 

It should look like this. 

Now you're gonna glue some more ribbon. Exactly how you did before, just in a different direction. 

Weave it through the original ribbon and glue it down. 

And you're done!

Now you can pin it to your wall!

You can stick notes, pictures, cards, or whatever you'd like under the ribbon! 

It's a great and simple way to display photos!
